Fresh salmon filet coated with a unique blend of seasoning & peated barley grist from the Ardbeg Distillary. Available only here and at the distillary on the isle of Islay in Scotland. Served with mashed potatoes & seasonal vegetables.

Hot Roast Beef Sandwich
Sliced thin on a grilled hoagie roll with horseradish aioli, grilled onions & jack cheese,
served with salad or Highland Fries. A spin off of the oldest pub meal, "A cut off the joint" which
was a slice of roast, bread & cheese.

Spicy Chicken Sandwich
Grilled, spiced chicken breast with jack cheese, honey-mustard sauce, lettuce & tomato on a parmesan onion bun.
